Attorney Profile
My name is Cassie Barkett, and I represent accident and injury victims in Tulsa and throughout Oklahoma. I handle cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death arising from motor vehicle accidents, boating accidents, dangerous premises and products, industrial accidents, and medical malpractice.
I earned my law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law, graduating with highest honors in 2000. While in law school, I was a member of the Order of Barristers and chair of the Order of Curule, as well as a student member of the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. I was recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Research, Analysis and Writing; Criminal Procedure I; Secured Transactions; and Advanced Trial Practice. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University.
As an attorney, I belong to numerous professional organizations, including the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice, I am admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state courts, as well as United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma and the Northern District of Texas.
